Our next mini Mojo is starting on the 20tht June. It will be for 6 weeks in the Brookfield jobs club.
The Mojo training project is divided into two weekly sessions that are run over twelve weeks.
Day 1 of each week focuses on mental wellbeing and resilience building and Day 2 of each week focuses on access to services in the community (employment, education, support and physical fitness).
The sessions are facilitated by staff from various services working in South County Dublin.
Also, each participant will have a life coach assigned to them who will help develop an individualised plan that assesses personal issues, gauge education and work experience and, importantly, identify steps to take in order to reach agreed targets. The plans will also include a progression path as this programme is a stepping stone towards work, education and/or another, more permanent, service.
